Siemons STM-8 UTP (unshielded, twisted pair) Cable Tester. In the FIND mode, the STM-8 will detect and identify which wiring scheme is present in the cable. In the LENGTH mode, the STM-8 will determine the distance measurements on any given cable up to 900 meters (2950 ft.). Kit includes the STM-8 tester, one Remote "A", two modular cords, one in-line coupler, wiring guide, 9V alkaline battery, padded nylon carrying case, instructions and warranty card. One person can quickly test and identify up to four different cables at a time (additional Remote Units sold separately). Tests T568A, T568B, USOC, 10BASE-T, Token Ring, and TP-PMD wiring configurations. |
